Return and Refund Policy

At Shoelux, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@shoelux.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work promptly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

At Shoelux, we aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been prepared and is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
